Chicken Gyoza

These traditionally folded Asian dumplings are filled with a delicious mix of chicken and vegetables, including onion, white cabbage, and garlic.

Preparation instructions

  • Deep fry at 180°C: 3 minutes
  • Steam: 5 minutes at 100°C
  • Pan-fry: Add a little oil to the pan. Fry for about 2 minutes. Add 60ml of water, cover, and cook for 2 minutes. Remove the lid and cook for 1 more minute.
