The Karaage is a traditional way in Asia to prepare chicken. The juicy pieces of chicken are in a typical Japanese seasoned brittle coating for a tasty bite.
Preparation instructions
- Oven: 200°C, 8-10 min turn halfway
- Deep fry at 180°C, 3:30 – 4:30 min
- Airfryer: 180°C, 7-8 min
