Dim Sum Tsingtao Mini Spring Rolls

Vegetarian hand-rolled mini spring rolls filled with cabbage, carrots, onions, potatoes, peas, and mushrooms.

Preparation instructions

  • Deep fry: preheat the oil to 180°C (350°F) and fry for 3 minutes.
  • Oven Bake: preheat oven to 220°C (350°F), gas mark 7. Place mini spring rolls on a baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes, turning once.
