Traditionally folded Asian dough wrappers, filled with vegetables.
- Pan-frying: Pour some oil into a frying pan. Fry gyoza for about 2 minutes. Add 60ml water and cook for 2 minutes with the lid on. Remove lid and cook for another 1 minute.
- Deep-frying: 180°C, 3 minutes
- Steaming: 100°C, 5 minutes
